Assembler

Assembler is a physics based puzzle game by Bryce Summer, made using the AS3 version of the Box2D physics engine. The goal in Assembler is to get the green box, in the key shape zone, which is a green outline. Use the mouse to move the shapes… That’s about it, have fun!

Ragdoll physics are a hot item in gaming. It means the arms and legs move somehow more realistic which gives characters a less static look. In games this is most times used for death animations, for some reason that gave us a lot of torture games… Every ragdoll engine is different, but all games offer the nice throwing around and while most games have a way to finish it, some are just gadgets to play around with. All thanks to Flash and it’s ActionScript which makes the building of dynamic games a lot easier.
